This is known as cataplexy. You will feel that gradually the intensity of your emotions will also tend to get extreme, whether it is anger you are dealing with or excitement. Extreme emotions cause the occurrence of an event of narcolepsy. When this condition is triggered during the daytime, then one is forced to deal with hallucinations and unnecessary fear.

You have to bring about certain changes in your diet as well which means that your diet should be full of nutrition.

Exercising helps to bring about a positive change in your life, and the results are seen and experienced in the years to come; the daily practice of exercise will help you overcome narcolepsy. You have to change your sleeping patterns if they are rather irregular than the required hours of sleep. Set your timetable accordingly so that you are able to give some time to your body in the form of relaxation rituals which involve yoga, and go to bed at a set time every night, allowing you to get at least 8 hours of sleep.
